How long does it take you to make an item?

It depends what I’m working on! I can take me about less than a day or up to 14 business days. For example, if the item is a bouquet each flower takes up to 30 minutes to make and assemble which can turn be up to two business days. If the item was a tote bag, it may take up to 3-4 business days depending on the size and pattern.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to this being a small business, returns/refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you ever have an issue with your order and need to discuss a replacement or possible return & refund, please email me at soulduststudio@gmail.com.

Do you take custom orders/commissions?

I do, however, I limited spots available! I have a main job that takes up most of my day but will have time after hours. Feel free to send me a DM on Instagram to discuss what you have in mind!

Shipping

Most orders are made to order, and take between 5-7 business days to ship! If an item is a custom, or a pre-order, it may take longer and will be written in the listing.

Once dropped off at the post office, i am not responsible for your packages. If your package is lost in transit, or taking longer than normal, please contact usps.
